Money & Food Drive for the Holidays! For the first time, you
helped us eclipse the $30,000 ($30,540.46!) mark and over 25,000
non-perishables! Thank you for your generosity and thank you for
helping to make our Silver Anniversary, 25th annual event a
memorable one!

It all started at
Santa & Hi
Workshop at the TRIP Center where a
huge crowd waited to get in to see Santa and take part in all the
holiday fun!

Middle School spearheaded a food drive and donated over 800
cans!

Mix Cash-N-Cans week got off to a
rockin start when Sandy Marshal and
Melissa Rizzo dropped by on Monday with a check for $1,000.00 from
Franklin Reional Hospital and LRGH!

Later Monday, our friends from Metrocast
donated $500.00!

Tuesday, the crew at McDonalds in Tilton
collected change and food for a couple of weeks and donated
$1,388.38 to
Cash-N-Cans!!

Wednesday, irwin Automotive group filled the
back of a Ford Escape and donated over 500 items to
Cash-N-Cans!

Wednesday night during our annual spaghetti
dinner to benefit Mix Cash-N-Cans, Mark, the manager and Sandy, the
top ticket seller, donated a check for $1,400.00, the results of
their Do
Good campaign raffle during the month
of November!

The Winnisquam Regional High School National
Honor Society stopped by the Park-N-Go with their annual
donation.

The kids from Mrs.
Littlefields 5th grade class at Sant
Bani School stopped by Park-N-Go on Thursdaywith a BIG food
donation!

T-Bones hosted Cash-N-Cans during lunch on
Thursday-thanks for the love!

Friday, our friends at Algonquin Power
stopped by McDonalds in franklin with
a check for $1,200.00!! Thanks Lisa, Harry and
Brandon!

McDonalds in
Franklin made a fabulous donation of $715.00!!

Wayne Cilley, one of our biggest Cash-N-Cans
supporters, stopped by Benson Auto Friday afternoon to make his
annual donation!

The week was capped off by our friends
Darlene and cCarlie Fritz from Electrical Installations, Inc.,who
made a $4,000.00 donation to put us over the $30,000 mark! Thank

program!!

Opening Day tickets. And, to top off a great day, the Red Sox won,
beating the Yankees 9-6!

Mix 94.1fm was once again proud to be
involved in the annual car seat safety check sponsored by
LRGHealthcare and Tanger Outlet Center. Pictured, left to right are

The annual Tanger Outlet Center Kids ID
clinic drew hundreds of kids and their parents. All children were
fingerprinted with the help of the Tilton Police Department and the
first 3000 kids received a Tanger back-to-school backpack filled
with goodies. Parents were also given a DNA passport for pictures
and to log pertinent information they can have at the
fingertips should anything ever happen. It was the largest crowd
ever for this event. Over 400 children were
fingerprinted.


The Mix Morning Team of Fred & Amy,
veterans of the Special Olympics of NH "Penguin
Plunge, stayed dry this year and were
asked to lend their
expertise
in the costume judging portion of the
Winni
Dip at Lake Winnipesaukee! Over 80
people plunged into the icy waters to benefit SONH. Over $32,000
was raised! The event was organized by NH Law Enforcement,
spear-headed by Tilton Police Chief Bob Cormier.

Also on the judging panel were Belknap County Sheriff Craig Wiggin
and Merrimack County Sheriff Scott Hilliard. One of the few times B
was happy to be standing between two law enforcement
officials!

Ronnie and Alice Cohen of Kids
Only.

DJ Terry Moran kept the crowd hopping all
day!

Ken Erickson auctioned off some great items
live on stage. The auction raised over $3,200 on the
spot!

this autographed 20x24 framed photo of Stanley Cup Champion Tim
Thomas.


We had a GREAT time at the 4th annual
Mexican Hat
Dance-Off at Cactus Jacks in Laconia!
this years dance-off
champion, Fabian Durocher, with the Corona Girls,
won $200 in Cactus Jacks gift

30 teams had a great time and raised over $10,000 for
the NH Humane Society in Laconia during the 7th annual
Indoor Triathlon at Funspot!! Thanks Funspot and
Franklin Savings Bank for co-sponsoring the event

106.9fm! And, a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who took

The 2nd annual New England Pond Hockey
Classic was held at Meredith Bay. Over 150 teams featuring
over 1,000 hockey players from all over the Northeast descended
upon Lake Winnipesaukee for an old-fashion hockey tournament. Hats
off to organizer Scott Crowder for a tremendous
event!

One of the14 man-made rinks for the Pond
Hockey Classic.

The action was fast-paced, the ice was
smooth.

Almost a surreal setting...14 rinks, 28
teams playing at a time, bobhouses, and snowmobilers on Mreedith
Bay.

Pep Rally at Newfound Memorial Middle school in Bristol to help get
